FKN provides a number of enhancements to standard depaneling machines, such as the K2000 with xy table to help operators keep panels with close component spacing on an even keel during the singulation process. |

For singulating side strips on SIMM cards a two position tooling plate is added, allowing both sides to be cut without having to handle the panel twice. Custom tooling has helped in controlling the singulation of PCBs as small as .5" x 1" in size. |
