K3000 & K7000 - Manually operated Circular Linear Blade Depanelizers

The K3000 and the K7000 are manually operated circular on linear blade depanelizers. The operator places the score-line of the panel to be singulated on the lower linear blade and pulls the circular blade carriage across the score-line to separate the panels. The gap between the circular blade and the linear blade can be set for optimal board separation. Adjustable blade guards assure that the blade can only pass across the panel along the score-line.

The K7000 is designed to singulate panels up to 12" long. Both upper and lower blade profiles are .029" thin to fit panels with tight component spacing.

Singulate panels up to 24" Long

These Depanelizers are a cost effective rugged solution for singulating a variety of pre-scored PCB panels . Available in a 18" or a 24 " linear blade version, the machines feature an adjustable front and back support table to help the operator place and hold the panels, and to take up the singulated boards on the other side.

Right and left blade guards are set to allow score-line only to pass to the cutting blade.

Blade Gap can be adjusted precisely for best results.

Custom Tooling

Some panels need a little extra help to make sure they stay safely in position during the depaneling process. We can design and machine support tooling to help eliminate operator error during PCB Singulation.

Optional K3000 thin linear blade for panels with dense component spacing.
