K 4000 Motorized Circular Linear Blade Depanelizers for V Scored PCBs
The K4000 is a motorized circular linear blade depanelizer designed to make singulating V-Scored printed circuit cards easy. Available in 3 basic models with 18". 24" and 48" long linear blades, it can be used to separate a variety of printed circuit cards made of FR4. For Alu cor V-Scored PCBs there is an optional 3 circular blade carriage which can be fitted to the K4000L or K4000L48
The operator places the score-line of the PCB onto the linear blade and steps on a foot pedal, actuating the cutting process by bringing the circular blade across the score-line.
K4000
The standard K4000 is available with a 18" Linear blade for singulating panels up to 18" long. The optional conveyor will bring singulated panels out to the side. A laser at the end of the conveyor allows scrap strips to be dropped into a scrap container.

For additional safety, the K4000 is available with a light beam safety guard across the front of the linear blade.
K4000L
The K4000L will singulate panels up to 24" Long. The switch select control panel can be set for 2 operating speeds and for continuous or intermittend travel.
When set on intermittent mode the blade carriage stops when the operator removes pressure on the foot pedal.

K4000L48
To singulate panels up to 48" long we offer the K4000L48. The front PCB support rails are adjustable for different length panels .
Right and left blade guards are set to allow score-line only to pass to the cutting blade. When set correctly the thicker panel will bump into the blade guard to prevent damage to the board

Depaneling Aluminum LED boards can be done with a 3 blade set carriage which is available for the K4000L and K4000L48. The blades for singulating Alu boards are 2.25" in diameter.
The center blade is set to shear the metal and the front and back blades are set to squeeze the scoreline to a thin foil, making it easy for the center blade to finish separating the panels. This option is also available for the K3000L.
