K5000 Multiple Blade Depaneling system for LED strips and high volume production

The K5000 multiple blade depaneling System is available in a number of variations. From the Standard K5000 S1 for operator fed singulation of regular FR4 pre-scored PCBs up to 11.3" wide, to the in-line K5000 A1, FKN Systek will work with you to provide the right solution for your high volume production of pre-scored panels.

The heart of the K5000 system is the multiple blade cartridge. Up to 11 blade sets can be mounted on a set of shafts which allow up to 11 score-lines to be singulated in one pass. Swapping cartridges from one panel to a different set takes less than 20 minutes.

PLC controlled in line depaneling system with SMEMA Interface to reflow oven output line.

Operator fed multiple blade depanlizer with edge belt input conveyor and optional output conveyor.

Operator loaded multiple blade depanelizer for LED panels up to 48" long with extended input rails and output tray.

Placed at the end of the re-flow line, the operator can bring the panel forward to enter the blade cartridge for singulation.

The output tray on the other side will accomodate panels up to 48" long.

Easy setup and operation

Power input. Main on/off power switch. Forward and Reverse control switch.

Industry standard score-line is recommended to be between 30 degrees and 45 degrees. For singulating multiple lines in one pass it is better to keep the score-line angle as wide as possible.
