The S300 is a multiple blade PLC controlled saw which can handle up to 14 cuts for depaneling boards such as ballast for the lighting industry, and other PCBs with overhanging components. Panels to be singulated are loaded onto a tooling plate and the top safety cover is closed. Pushing the start button will begin the singulation process. This machine is supplied with built in dust extraction vacuum. An external dust extraction extension is used for panel cleanup after cutting. STI safety switch shuts down the process if the safety cover is lifted.
