Series N Series Punch Depanelizers for tab routed panels
Singulating tab routed panels with a punch system is a dust free and fast way to separate these types of PCBs. Select the equipment that is right for your application.
The N series of punch depanelizers use factory air of 80 to 100 psi to separate tabs from your routed PCB.

To speed up the singulation process for panels with multiple tabs in one row, the N115 is designed with a 12" long sharp support die to cut up to 6 tabs in one step. Blades mounted on moveable support blocks make for easy adjusting to different board configurations.
The N100 is an economical way to singulate straight tab routed panels. Cutting blades are available in standard sizes. (.062", .083", and .125".)
Other sizes can be ground to spec. The operator places the tab underneath the cutting blade and steps on the air actuated foot pedal to singulate panels.

The N200 is designed to separate round and odd shaped panels by slicing through the tab at the edge of the board.
Locating pins are mounted on a slide block which can be quickly adjusted for setting the edge of the panel on the cutting plane.
